Art Therapy Group for Family Caregivers
Research shows that the process of art-making can assist in overcoming many personal challenges, be a valuable tool while managing stress, help in the healing process, foster self-worth, and be a way of connecting with others. We are pleased to offer our monthly Art-Therapy Group for Caregivers with art facilitator Matty Cervantes. Explore diverse art mediums aimed at promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Together, let’s embark on a journey of positive change, one art piece at a time!
