Memory Connections is a collaborative network that empowers persons living with memory loss and care partners to remain connected and active in the community.
For too long, a dementia diagnosis has brought stigma, social isolation, and despair. We want to tell a new story of participation, contribution and joyful engagement in community.
We do this, in part, by creating programs focusing on the arts, music and social connections. We also support other organizations who are offering dementia inclusive activities. Lastly, we list dementia inclusive programs and activities on our website to make them easier to access!
